What will you learn in 2022?

December has officially begun and the countdown to Christmas has started. It might be hard to believe but 2022 is just around the corner. There is a lot on our minds during the lead up to Christmas, but it is worth cutting out some time to reflect on 2021 and to think about what you want to learn and accomplish both personally and professionally in the year ahead.

Perhaps take a walk during the week and use it as an opportunity to reflect on what you have learnt over the past year and what you hope to achieve in 2022. Where would you like to see change within your business? What areas would you like to grow in? What would you like to learn? What skills or knowledge will you need to do this and who could you seek out to help you?

If you are a business owner or looking after a team within your organisation, it is worth considering how you can involve your team in the reflection and planning process. Even if you can dedicate just 15 or 30 minutes to the task, asking your team for their thoughts and reflections will help them feel valued, give them ideas and inspiration for how the business might grow and develop in the year ahead, and help them feel involved and invested in future plans.

If you are a hospitality business owner or leader why not take a look at our upcoming events for 2022 to see how we can help equip you and your team with the skills and knowledge you need to achieve your goals for 2022. You can also email us at [email protected] to discuss how we can support you.
