We are very excited to be launching our very first Festival4Finance for the hospitality industry and with this the first peek into our online Finance4Hospitality community with all of this happening on Thursday 30th June!
The Festival4Finance runs online throughout July and is a joint collaboration between arena4finance, Merlin Business Consulting and as part of the Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma (MIALD).
The MIALD is a 12-month development programme which supports junior level supervisors and managers in improving management skills, developing leadership talent and building career prospects. The MIALD was awarded the Princess Royal Training Award in 2021 for its contributions to hospitality training and development.
For the Festival4Finance event we will be hosting a variety of opportunities to learn more about managing the numbers in your hospitality business, including seminars and panel debates. The session topics include: 'Why are the numbers important?', 'Preparing a demand forecast for your hotel business in a post pandemic world', 'Managing food costs in challenging times' and 'Managing energy costs in a hospitality business'.

At the same time we are also launching a brand-new online community which has been developed for all those wishing to learn more about hospitality accounting and keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques.
