Debra Adams ACMA MA BSc
Managing Director and Founder, Debra Adams, a Chartered Management Accountant has been associated with the design and delivery of courses for the service industries for almost 20 years.
She has extensive financial and accounting knowledge of the service sector and is also Director of Administration and Education for the British Association of Hospitality Accountants (BAHA) - with responsibility for providing opportunities for professional development for the membership.
Debra has written a number of articles on the subject of financial management and professional development using online and e learning and her text book ‘Management Accounting for the Hospitality Industry - A Strategic Approach’ was republished in 2006. Debra frequently writes for industry journals such as BAHA Times, Hospitality and Caterer and Hotel Keeper.
She has considerable experience in designing and delivering a range of learning events from one day courses to residential events and conferences.
Debra has recently gained a Masters degree in Online and Distance Learning from the Open University (UK).
Phillipa Graham
Phillipa is the Office Administrator and has particular responsibility for supporting the arena4|finance business relationship with key client the British Association of Hospitality Accountants.
Jane Scott
Jane, who recently gained a post graduate diploma in business, joined the company in July 2006 as Education Development Officer. Jane has responsibility for managing specific education projects with clients such the British Association of Hospitality Accountants.
