Improving Commercial Thinking

This series of courses have been designed to develop commercial awareness so that participants can think, talk & act more commercially within the workplace

This programme is offered at three levels depending on individual experience.

This is a highly interactive programme requiring participants to engage in discussions and case study activities. Candidates are encouraged to bring examples of their own internal reports and a calculator!

Introductory - for those with no prior experience of finance and accounts.

Intermediate - for those who are moving into roles requiring them to deal with finance on a day to day basis.

Advanced - for those who deal with finance on day to day basis in their roles and need to improve forecasting, planning and budgeting skills.
